Morgan Wallen Court Date Pushed Back

Morgan Wallen was due in court again this week on August 15th, but now a judge has granted a continuance in his case and a new date has been set for December 12th.

Wallen faces three counts of felony reckless endangerment stemming from an incident on April 7th in which reports indicate he threw a chair off the sixth story roof of Eric Church’s bar in Nashville.  Luckily, the chair did not strike anyone below but it did land close to two police officers.

Morgan Wallen issued an apology in the weeks immediately following the incident but has returned to touring and keeping with his regular schedule.
