MPCA Fines McGregor Gas Station $25,000
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has fined Rasley Oil 25-thousand dollars for violations at its McGregor gas station.
Inspectors found that required testing had not been completed on several pieces of equipment since 2021. The agency also identified broken or leaking hoses and nozzles.
The M-P-C-A says the company has since completed the testing, submitted the required reports and repaired the equipment.
