Mpls Police Save Infants After Fentanyl ODs

(Learfield News/Minneapolis, MN) — Two infants are alive after suffering fentanyl overdoses in Minneapolis.

Police were called to the report of an unresponsive two-year-old on Saturday.

Officers say the child was brought to a hospital, given Narcan, and is in serious but stable condition.

After learning about the fentanyl exposure, police went back to the residence to take another infant and two-year-old to the hospital. The baby was given Narcan and C-P-R on the way to the hospital. The other two-year-old showed no issues.

No other details have been released.
