NEW ULM EDA APPROVES PUBLIC HOUSING IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
The New Ulm Economic Development Authorities approved seeking bids for three public housing projects, the first of which is parking lot repairs at the Broadway Haus at 3rd North and Broadway including seal coating, crack sealing and patching. The second project would be interior improvements to the Broadway Haus with the third being improvements to the EDA’s 10 rental houses including adding insulation to the attics and replacing down spouts and gutters. There is $113,000 in their 2024 Capital Fund grant remaining and it needs to be assigned to a project by May 5.
