New Ulm Man Seriously Injured in Motorcycle Crash

A New Ulm man was seriously injured after a motorcycle crash in Nicollet County Wednesday night in Courtland Township.

The State Patrol says 44-year-old Andrew Fritsche was taken to HCMC for treatment of life-threatening injuries.

The Patrol says Fritsche was traveling westbound on Highway 14, in the left lane, when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed.

The crash happened at about 9:30pm.

The Patrol says Fritsche was not wearing a helmet and alcohol was involved.
