NEW ULM OKTOBERFEST IN RUNNING FOR USA TODAY’S TOP 10
New Ulm’s Oktoberfest is again in the running for USA Today’s 10 Best in the nation. The New Ulm Chamber of Commerce says Oktoberfest has earned this recognition multiple times over the years and continues to land in the top 10. You can vote for New Ulm’s Oktoberfest through September 7 and you can vote once per day throughout the contest. Oktoberfest is held over three locations throughout New Ulm over two weekends including downtown the first weekend of October, at the Best Western Plus both weekends and at Schell’s Brewery the second weekend. This year, New Ulm’ Oktoberfest will be holding the Minnesota state stein holding championships October 3rd.
