No More than Three Dogs are allowed per Residence in New Ulm

New Ulm Police Sgt. Brady Murphy talked about animal control in New Ulm Thursday morning on KNUJ.  Except in areas designated by the city as a dog park,  dogs and cats must be on a leash when on public rights of way or public property.  When animals are found,  it will be posted on the New Ulm Police Facebook page.
