Oak Hills Living Center’s Rachal Becker says the Ice Cream Social and concert by the New Ulm Municipal Band was a big success.  July is busy at Oak Hills with many musicians and individuals sharing their talents.   Wednesday at 2pm, TJ and Myron Fluegge on honoring the home’s Vets and providing patriotic music.
