ONE HURT IN RENVILLE COUNTY CRASH
The Renville County Sheriff’s Office was called to a collision at County Road 11 and 300th Street northwest of Olivia Thursday morning shortly before noon. Authorities say a Chevrolet Silverado was pulling a trailer east on County Road 11 and a Dodge Ram was approaching the intersection and did not stop for the stop sign striking the trailer which separated from the pickup. The trailer and Dodge entered the ditch. Driver of the Dodge Ram, 68-year-old Myron Macik of Hector was taken by private vehicle to an area hospital with unknown injuries. The driver of the Silverado 61-year-old Jeffery Manderscheid wasn’t hurt.
