One Injured in McLeod Co Vehicle/Deer Crash

One person was injured when a vehicle hit a deer in McLeod County Tuesday night near Brownton.

The State Patrol says 73-year-old Joan Paulson of Silver Lake was taken to Hutchinson Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

She was a passenger in a vehicle driven by 75-year-old Robert Paulson of Silver Lake. He was not injured.

The Patrol says the vehicle was traveling northbound on Highway 15 in Collins Township when the crash happened, just before 9pm.
