One Injured in Semi/Minivan Crash in Renville County

The driver of a minivan was injured in a crash with a semi in Renville County Thursday afternoon in Hector.

The State Patrol says the 22-year-old from Hector was taken to Olivia Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries and alcohol was suspected to be in her system.

The driver of the semi, a 40-year-old from Manitoba, Canada, was not injured.

The Patrol says the crash happened on Highway 4 at Dupont Avenue just after 12:30pm.
