One Injured in Sibley County Crash

One driver was injured in a two-vehicle crash involving a car and a semi tractor in Sibley County Thursday morning near Winthrop.

The State Patrol says 20-year-old Diego Armanto Ortiz of Gaylord was taken to Ridgeview Sibley Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. He was driving the car.

The driver of the semi tractor, 29-year-old Remon Meijer of Richmond, was not injured.

The Patrol says both vehicles were traveling westbound on Highway 19 when the collision occurred just before 11am.
