Padres Rally Past Twins 7-5

The Minnesota Twins let a two-run lead slip away Saturday night, falling 7-to-5 to the San Diego Padres at Petco Park.

Minnesota led 5-to-3 before San Diego scored four times in the seventh inning. Jake Cronenworth scored the tying run on a Twins error before former Minnesota first baseman Ty France delivered the go-ahead single.

Luke Keaschall, Brooks Lee and rookie Kaelen Culpepper each homered for the Twins.

Minnesota has lost the first two games of the series and falls to 63-and-67.

The series concludes today at 3:10 P-M Central. Bailey Ober is scheduled to start for Minnesota against San Diego’s Walker Buehler. MLB probable pitchers
