Red Flag Warning in Effect Today for Morris & Stevens County

The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for the Morris area from 10 AM to 9 PM today. Strong south winds of 20 to 30 mph, gusting as high as 45 mph, combined with humidity near 20%, will create critical fire weather conditions.

Any fires that start may spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
