Respiratory Illness Update

Brown County Public Health Director Jaimee Brand said Covid test positivity rate in Minnesota is currently 4.8%.  Most common strain of influenza circulating is Influenza A.   Brand’s message is get your vaccinations, practice good hygiene, take steps to cleaner air and stay home when sick.    There is a normal uptick in respiratory illnesses during and right after the holiday season.
