Richard John Marquardt

Richard John Marquardt, age 91, of New Ulm, died Monday, February 23, 2026 at the New Ulm Medical Center.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Ulm.  Father Tanner Thooft will celebrate the Mass, and burial will be in Current
Cemetery in rural New Ulm. Visitation will be from 4 -6 p.m. on Monday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home-NORTH Chapel in New Ulm, and will continue one hour prior to the service at church on Tuesday.
