Road Closures on I-94
Starting Monday (04/14), and continuing for one month (weather permitting), motorists on westbound I-94 near Fergus Falls will encounter lane closures. The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) crews will be repairing concrete in the westbound lanes between mile posts 53 and 50. Initially, the right lane will be closed for two weeks, followed by the left lane for another two weeks. These closures will be in effect overnight, and there may be times when no workers are present while the concrete is curing. These repairs are in preparation for the upcoming resurfacing project on eastbound I-94 between Rothsay and Fergus Falls, set to begin next month, during which the westbound lanes will carry head-to-head traffic.
