Roger Brack

Roger Brack, age 82 of Elko-New  Market passed away January 3, 2025.  Survived by his loving wife Diane; son, Aaron (Heather); grandchildren: Annika, Caleb, and Elise; also by other family and friends.

Roger was born to Wilson and Mary Jane Brack on November 14, 1942 in Buffalo Center, IA. He grew up in Ledyard and later Lakota, IA where his father owned a Super-Valu grocery store. Roger graduated from Lakota High School and attended Buena Vista College in Storm Lake, IA. He later served his country while stationed at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri. For many years, Roger was the owner of Dino’s Bar in Elko, MN and worked for Continental Grain (later Cargill). He was a long-time member of Christiania Lutheran Church where he enjoyed volunteering alongside his wife, Diane. Roger enjoyed watching sports – particularly baseball – and playing golf in his younger years. He was very proud of his family, particularly his grandchildren.

Funeral service, 11am Monday, January 13, 2025 at Christiania Lutheran Church, 26691 Pillsbury Ave, Lakeville.  Visitation from 1-4pm Sunday, January 12, at White Funeral Home (20134 Kenwood Tr) Lakeville and one hour prior to the service at church on Monday.  Interment: East Christiania Cemetery, Farmington, MN
