RUSC Kinship Mentoring’s Kids & Kinship Garden Gala

RUSC Kinship Mentoring invites the community to its Kids & Kinship Garden Gala on Tuesday, July 14th, from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Pomme de Terre Park Main Shelter.

Proceeds from the event will support local youth mentoring programs. RUSC Kinship Mentoring believes that the more positive, caring adults young people have in their lives, the more likely they are to be healthy, happy, and successful.

The evening will include a free-will donation meal featuring pork chops prepared by the Stevens County Pork Producers, along with root beer floats provided by BMO and free children’s activities.

Back by popular demand, Water Wars returns at 6:15 p.m., featuring kids vs. local law enforcement officers.

The rain date for the event is Tuesday, July 21st.
