SANBORN WOMAN HURT IN REDWOOD COUNTY CRASH

The state patrol was called to a collision between a Ford Explorer and Ford Expedition on Highway 71 at 180th Street in Willow Lake Township in Redwood County Sunday afternoon at 5:53 pm.  Authorities say a Ford Explorer driven by 37-year-old Christa Schilling of Springfield and a Ford Expedition driven by 41-year-old Lois Sauck of Sanborn were both traveling north and collided.  Sauck was taken to Redwood Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  Schilling wasn’t hurt.  The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office, Lamberton ambulance and Wanda Fire Department assisted at the scene.
