2AAA Boy’s Basketball:

New Ulm hit free throws down the stretch to defeat Mankato West 61 to 56, Marshall picks up a 79 to 68 win over Worthington and St Peter defeats Hutchinson 64 to 49. Semi-finals are Saturday at Mankato East.

2A Boy’s Basketball:

Janesville/Waldorf/Pemberton eliminates MLGHEC/Truman 78 to 59, Cleveland upends St Mary’s 73 to61, Mayer Lutheran was a 77 to 57 winner over BOLD, Nicollet moves to the next round with a 84 to 69 win over NRHEG, Madelia wins big over USC 96 to 50, GFW holds off Sleepy Eye during a 76 to 65 win in Gibbon, Springfield defeats Martin County West 73 to 39 and Loyola was a 74 to 53 winner over Lester Prairie. Quarter-finals are Thursday in St Peter and Arlington.

3A Boy’s Basketball:

Quarter-finals results-Central Minnesota Christian defeats Renville County West 89 to 45, next up Wabasso, the Rabbits defeat Dawson/Boyd 89 to 70. Hills/Beaver Creek defeats Edgerton 64 to 47, the Patriots will play Southwest Minnesota Christian, the Eagles defeat Murray County Central 63 to 48. Semi-finals are Saturday night at SMSU.

2AA Boy’s Basketball:

Albert Lea defeats Lesueur/Henderson 89 to 67, Blue earth was a 74 to 48 win over Blooming Prairie, LCWM defeats Waterville/Elysian/Morristown 78 to 54, Glencoe/Silver Lake gets a big win over Tri City United 83 to 40 and will play St Clair, who defeat MVL in Overtime 59 to 57, Maple River was a 61 to 46 winner over Central and Waseca eliminates Sibley East 76 to 34. Quarter-finals are Thursday night.

3AA Boy’s Basketball:

Quarter-final scores-Morris Area defeats New London/Spicer 69 to 37, Minnewaska Area defeats Litchfield 60 to 55, Montevideo holds off Luverne 74 to 61 and Jackson County Central was a 70 to 52 winner over Fairmont. Semi-finals will be Saturday afternoon at SMSU.
