Mankato East picks up a section win over New Ulm 3 to 1, St Peter also gets a section win over Albert Lea 6 to 4, LCWM takes a pair from St Clair 18 to 2 and 10 to 0, Springfield defeats Red Rock Central 8 to 1 and Wabasso was a 9 to 3 winner over Central Mn Christian.

Sections Softball:

2A-Janesville/Waldorf/Pemberton defeats Springfield 11 to 1, Sleepy Eye shuts out RRC/WWG 5 to 0, Cleveland defeats Alden/Conger/GE 10 to 6, USC shuts out Heron Lake/Okabena/Fulda 18 to 0, Nicollet was a 7 to 5 winner over St Mary’s, Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey was a 13 to 5 winner over Madelia and Cathedral defeats GHECML/Truman 11 to 1.

3A-Yellow Medicine East defeats Ortonville 11 to 1, MACCRAY shuts out Renville County West 2 to 0, then Yellow Medicine East defeats MACCRAY 13 to 4, LQPV was a 13 to 3 winner over Dawson/Boyd, Benson defeats KMS 8 to 4, then LQPOV defeats Benson 9 to 6, Wabasso was a 10 to 0 winner over Murray County central, Lakeview edges Adrian/Ellsworth 9 to 7, then Wabasso shuts out Lakeview 11 to 0, BOLD shuts out Tracy/Milroy/Balaton 10 to 0, Edgerton/SWC defeats RTR 6 to 5, then BOLD shuts out Edgerton/SWC 7 to 0.

2AA-Tri City United shuts out Maple River 5 to 0, Randolph was a 13 to 1 winner over Waseca, Fairmont defeats Blooming Prairie 9 to 1, Belle Plaine shuts out Sibley East 15 to 0, St James eliminates MVL  10 to 0, Cannon Falls was a 15 to 5 winner over St Clair/Loyola and Lesueur/Henderson defeats Medford 17 to 0.
