Sleepy Eye picks up a pair of wins to claim the Classic title. Post 7 defeats Rosetown 15 to 7 and then Monticello 2 to 1 to win the championship. Monticello reached the final with a 6 to 2 win over New Ulm Gold.
Tomahawk East:
Lamberton picks up a 10 to 5 road win over Hanska, New Ulm defeats Fairfax 14 to 1 in seven, the game of the week-Courtland scored five runs in the 4th and 4 in the 5th to defeat Searles 11 to 3, St James defeats Sleepy Eye 8 to 2, Springfield was a 7 to 2 winner over Essig and Leavenworth defeats Stark 5 to 2.
Crow River:
Hamburg defeats Cologne 4 to 2, Arlington defeats Winsted 4 to 2, Westonka was a 9 to 5 winner over Norwood, Brownton wins a slugfest over New Germany 22 to 12 in eight, Carver edges Green Isle 3 to 1, Young America defeats Glencoe 13 to 3 in eight, St Boni defeats Plato 2 to 1, Watertown shuts out Delano 5 to 0, as did Waconia over Shakopee 3 to 0.
River Valley:
Eagle Lake was a 3 to 2 winner over Prior Lake, the Lake crystal 9 defeats Belle Plaine 6 to 1, Jordan was an 8 to 2 winner over Gaylord and Veseli was a 13 to 12, eleven inning win over St Peter.
