New Ulm Sons of the American Legion Commander Scott Ries and First Vice Jim Bartels talked about the Legion’s Halloween Community Treat Event which has moved from Halloween Night to Saturday (10/26) from 10 – 1 as part of Halloween Hop.  They also talked about membership and other events the Sons of the American Legion hold throughout the year.
