SEVEN HURT IN GREEN ISLE CRASH
Seven people were hurt in a collision in Green Isle Friday evening. The state patrol was called at 9:48 pm to the collision at Highway 5 at 180th Street. Authorities say a Ford Focus driven by 23-year-old Cameron Jay Grams-Yanisch of Chaska was traveling south on Highway 5 waiting to turn left as was a Acura TSX driven by a 16-year-old female. A Chrysler 300 driven by 23-year-old Jordan Beceiro of Gilbert, Minnesota was traveling northbound on Highway 5 when all three vehicles collided. Grams-Yanisch and the 16-year-old female were taken to Ridgeview Hospital in Waconia with what are reported to be non-life threatening injuries. Beciero was taken to the Hennepin County Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Four passengers in the Chrysler, all from Arizona, were taken to hospitals with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries. The Green Isle Fire Department, Arlington and Gaylord ambulance, Ridgeview Ambulance, as well as the Sibley and Carver County Sheriff’s Offices assisted at the scene.
