SLEEPY EYE FINALIZES PURCHASE OF FORMER DEL MONTE FACILITY

Sleepy Eye has finalized the purchase of the former Del Monte food facility.  Sleepy Eye Public Utilities purchased the facility after reaching a purchase agreement in December.  City crews have been preparing the facility for future development including in a variety of areas.
