Softball and Baseball Results: Friday, April 25th

Girl Softball

It’s ten in a row for the Morris/Chokio-Alberta Girls Softball team the Tigers picked up 2 wins over Montevideo on Friday. First game went five innings Tigers with a 14-2 win over Montevideo. For the Tigers, Sam Konz went 3 for 4, pickup 3 RBI’s, and scored twice.

Pitching for the Tigers in 5 innings Nora Boyle gave up 4 hits, struck out 4 for the win.

The second game went six innings and Tigers win 10-0 over Montevideo. For the Tigers, Harmony Coverdale went 3 for 4, had 1 RBI, scored twice, and stole 2 bases.

Pitching for the Tigers in 6 innings Haley Kill gave up 2 hits, struck out 7 for the win.

Morris/C-A is now 10-0 and will travel to Minnewaska on Monday the first pitch is at 5:00 p.m.
