St. Paul Mayoral-Conduct Report

Two St. Paul City Council members are calling for the complete outside investigation into Mayor Kaohly Her’s conduct to be released publicly.

The request follows a lawsuit filed by Police Chief Axel Henry alleging sexual harassment and retaliation. The city’s summary says those allegations were not substantiated, although investigators found that Her engaged in inappropriate behavior.

Council Members Saura Jost and Molly Coleman say releasing the full report would provide greater transparency. The city says it will not comment on pending litigation.
