St. Paul Releases Report on Mayor’s Workplace Conduct
St. Paul has released a redacted report from an outside investigation of Mayor Kaohly Her’s workplace conduct.
Investigators found offensive and inappropriate behavior but did not substantiate allegations of sexual harassment or retaliation. The report also describes a deteriorating relationship with Police Chief Axel Henry following disagreements over Operation Metro Surge.
Henry has filed a lawsuit alleging harassment, battery and retaliation. Her disputes the claims and says she will defend herself in court. The investigation’s conclusions do not resolve the pending lawsuit.
