Sting Operation Yields Two More Arrests For Soliciting Sex

Two more individuals have been arrested in a sting operation conducted by the Crookston Police Department, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and the Pine to Prairie Drug Task Force.

Authorities say that the ongoing investigation has led to the arrests of 2 more local suspects for 609.352.2a(1) – Solicit Child or Believe to be a Child Through Electronic Communication to Engage in Sexual Conduct. 23 year old Joseph Robert Thompson, and 34 year old Trey Kyle Soder, both from Crookston, were arrested on Tuesday.

Officials with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office say these arrests are related to investigations that are ongoing.
