SUSPECT IN MOUNTAIN LAKE STABBING IN CUSTODY

A man from Georgia is in custody after stabbing another Georgia man in Mountain Lake Monday morning.  Police say they were called to Casey’s General Store in Mountain Lake around 10 am for a report of a man who was stabbed in the head.  Watonwan County deputies eventually found and arrested Crisincio Timothy Franks of Georgia.  He is in the Cottonwood county Jail on second-degree assault charges.  The victim, whose name hasn’t been released, was treated and released from a hospital.
