Suspect Suffers “Life Threatening” Injuries After Allegedly Fleeing Authorities

A Thief River Falls area woman was seriously injured while allegedly fleeing Pennington County Sheriff’s Officials over the weekend. 

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Michelle Marie Holter, (50) was injured when the northbound 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe she was driving collided with a southbound Chevrolet Silverado on Highway 32 at mile marker 107 in North Township. Holter was taken to Sanford in Thief River Falls to be treated for injuries troopers at the scene described as life threatening. She was not wearing a seat-belt at the time of the accident reported just after 12pm Friday. 

Two people in the Silverado suffered no apparent injury.
