Teen Faces List of Charges in Pennington County

A Raymond, Minnesota area man was arrested over the weekend in Thief River Falls for fleeing police, damaging property and placing a child at risk of harm. 

Police say Wilhelm Robert Bratsch (19) was charged Saturday with Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle, Child Endangerment, and 4th Degree Criminal Damage to Property following a traffic stop at Mussy Street and Tindolph Avenue. 

Police say a vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed “which had also driven through property around the area of Lafave Park”. 

Officers responded just before 4am.
