Three Measles Cases Confirmed in Fillmore County

Public-health officials have confirmed three measles cases in Fillmore County.

The county says all three patients were unvaccinated. The first case was reported in September, and officials are working to identify people who may have been exposed.

Because measles is highly contagious, the county warns additional cases could emerge in the coming days and weeks.
