Timberwolves get win over Hornets

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Timberwolves got back in the win column with a 114-93 rout over the Charlotte Hornets at the Target Center last night. The Wolves led for all of the final three quarters and went up by as many as 30 points in the fourth. Naz Reid poured in 25 points off the bench during the victory, while Anthony Edwards finished with 21. The Timberwolves improved to 4-3. Charlotte guard LaMelo Ball had 19 points in the losing effort. The Hornets fell to 2-5. Minnesota will visit Chicago on Thursday.
