TORKELSON ON SESSION SO FAR

Torkelson says when lawmakers come back, they will have a lot of work to do in the tax area because of federal government changes in the “Big, Beautiful Bill”…

Torkelson says some things that will be worked on moving forward is tech modernization and getting systems up to date with software and to better prevent fraud.  Torkelson says regarding a bonding bill, that probably won’t be addressed until toward the end of session.
