TRF Man Cited Following Collision with Parked Car

A Thief River Falls area man was cited after allegedly hitting a parked car Wednesday morning. 

Justin Ramsey, (31) was cited for Driving While Impaired in the Second Degree, and Violation of Open Bottle Law after the vehicle he was driving “made contact with a vehicle parked” at Station 59. 

A Sheriff’s Deputy responded just before 3am.
