TRF Man Cited For Controlled Substance Crime

A Thief River Falls area man was arrested after allegedly fleeing police. 

Kyle Travis Edgar, (40) was arrested for Controlled Substance Crime in the Third Degree, Fleeing an Officer by means other than a Motor Vehicle, and Driving after Revocation. 

Police say Edgar was apprehended Wednesday evening at Highway 59 near Walmart.
