TRF Man Faces DWI and Other Charges After Allegedly Fleeing An Accident

A Thief River Falls area man faces DWI and other charges after allegedly leaving the scene of an accident Thursday. 

Police say Joseph Randy Dessellier, (46) was arrested after a caller reported they were struck and that the other driver took off from the scene at 1st and Barzen.  Dessellier was charged with Driving While Impaired in the 3rd Degree, and leaving the scene of an accident. Officers responded just after 11pm.

No injuries reported.
