TRICKY TRAVEL ACROSS SOUTHERN MINNESOTA
Several spinouts and crashes are reported across the state following the latest snowstorm. MnDOT’s Anne Meyer says crews are busy and she asks that you give plows plenty of room to do their job safely. That means staying back at least ten car lengths. She encourages you to check the latest road conditions at 511mn.org or by calling 511. There are no travel advisories for several state highways in Brown, Blue Earth, Nicollet, Le Sueur, Sibley, Waseca, Freeborn, Faribault and Rock Counties. I-90 is closed in those counties as well. Roads will continue to be closed until conditions improve.
