Twins blow lead, rubber game coming
The Twins have a rubber match tonight in Houston after Tuesday’s 6-4 loss to the Astros. Minnesota jumped out to a 3-0 first-inning lead, but Yordan Alvarez flipped the game with a grand slam in the fourth. The Twins fell to 41-and-46, third in the A-L Central, and now turn to Taj Bradley against Houston’s Tatsuya Imai tonight at 7:10 Central. The Star Tribune notes Minnesota is still searching for answers defensively, with Luke Keaschall moving to right field and Kody Clemens shifting to second base during the latest infield shuffle.
