Twins Make It Two Straight in Texas

The Twins’ bats stayed hot in the Lone Star State Tuesday night.

Minnesota beat the Texas Rangers 12-2, piling up 17 hits and clinching another series win in Texas.

Trevor Larnach (pictured) opened the game with a leadoff homer, and Kody Clemens added a three-run shot as the Twins jumped out early and never looked back.

Zebby Matthews gave Minnesota seven strong innings, allowing just two earned runs.

The third and final game of the series is Thursday afternoon.
