Twins Outlast Guardians in 12 Innings

Trevor Larnach and Luke Keaschall delivered back-to-back, two-out R-B-I singles in the 12th inning as the Minnesota Twins beat the Cleveland Guardians 3-to-1 Thursday.

Minnesota was held scoreless through seven innings before pinch-hitter Alan Roden tied the game with an R-B-I single in the eighth.

Twins starter Taj Bradley allowed one run on two hits over seven innings. Taylor Rogers earned the win, while rookie Jack Anderson pitched a scoreless 12th for his first major-league save.

The victory gave Minnesota a split of the four-game series. The Twins open a three-game home series against the Athletics Friday.
