Twins Win Again in Boston

The Minnesota Twins won the second game of their three-game series against the Boston Red Sox Saturday afternoon with a come-from-behind 4-2 victory.

Unlike Friday’s game, Minnesota didn’t need to come from behind.  Austin Martin’s first inning double scored Byron Buxton and the Twins never looked back.  Trevor Larnach went 4-for-5 with two runs scored to led the way offensively for Minnesota.

Taj Bradley, making his first start coming off the injured list, pitched five innings to earn the win and improve to 5-1 on the season.

Taylor Rogers earned the save for the Twins.

The final game of the series is Sunday afternoon with the first pitch scheduled for 12:35.
