Twins Win Series Opener In Houston
The Minnesota Twins opened a three-game series at Houston with a 6-1 win on Friday night. Trevor Larnach hit a two-run homer, Pablo Lopez pitched seven innings to pick up the win and raise his record to 5-5 on the season. Lopez allowed one earned run on six hits, one walk and six strikeouts in seven innings pitched. The Twins have won eight out of ten and are seven games over 500 at 32-25.
