TWO HURT IN CRASH NEAR GAYLORD

The state patrol was called to a crash Saturday morning at 8:48 am on Highway 22 a mile north of Gaylord in Dryden Township. Authorities say a Honda Pilot driven by 50-year-old Maria Ines Vazquez Torres of Gaylord was northbound on highway22, went off the snow and ice covered road and collided with a sign. Both Torres and her passenger 3-year-old Aiden Soto of Gaylord were taken to Glencoe Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
