Two Injured in McLeod County Crash

Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in McLeod County Sunday evening west of Brownton.

The State Patrol says the crash happened at the intersection of Highways 15 and 212 just before 7pm.

The Patrol says 44-year-old Gary Pfeiffer of Mankato was taken to Glencoe Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. He was driving westbound on Highway 212.

The driver of the other vehicle, 77-year-old Arlyn Wendlandt of Litchfield, was not injured. He was driving northbound on Highway 15. His passenger, 78-year-old Donna Wendlandt of Litchfield, was taken to Hutchinson Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
