Two Injured in Single Vehicle Accident

Two people from Roseau were injured in a single vehicle motorcycle crash over the weekend in Becker County. 

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Harvey Patrick Johnson (59) was injured when he lost control of the westbound 2004 Honda 1300 he was driving Highway 113 near Mile Marker 42 in Forest Township. Johnson and a passenger, Monica Jean Johnson (57) were taken to Sanford West Hospital and treated for injuries troopers at the scene described as non-life threatening. 

Both were wearing helmets at the time of the accident reported just after noon on Sunday. 

Officials say alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
