Two Injured in Stearns Co Crash

A driver and his passenger were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Stearns County Monday morning near Melrose.

The Sheriff’s Office says 79-year-old Leroy Theisen and 22-year-old Logan King, both from Burtrum, were taken to Melrose Hospital for treatment.

Authorities say Theisen attempted to turn left onto County Road 13 from County Road 17 when he pulled in front of a vehicle driven by 32-year-old Samantha Pohlmann of Grey Eagle and their vehicles collided.

The crash happened just after 9am.
