Two Injured in SUV/Semi Crash in McLeod Co

The driver and passenger in an SUV were injured in a crash with a semi in McLeod County Monday evening, near Plato.

The State Patrol says 68-year-old Patricia Leritz of Norwood and 69-year-old Catherine Kahl of Norwood were taken to Glencoe Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the semi, 69-year-old Randy Clark of Young America, was not injured.

The Patrol says the crash happened at the intersection of Highway 212 and Acorn Avenue, just after 7:30pm.
